1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Caffespopo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Caffespopo provides tourism services including but not limited to tour booking, travel planning, and related services throughout Australia. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Payment is required to confirm your booking
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure: No refund
  • No refunds for no-shows or early departures
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have valid travel documents
  • Meeting fitness requirements for activities
  • Following guide instructions and safety procedures
  • Respecting local customs and environments
  • Arriving at designated meeting points on time

6. Liability Limitations

Caffespopo acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters
  • Third-party service provider failures
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or natural disasters.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Caffespopo and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
